Pricing & commercial terms

Short-term commissions are proposed starting rates, not automatic quotations. The agreed scope and commission calculation basis must be confirmed in your written management agreement. The long-term fee is 12% of rent successfully collected, subject to the agreed contract.

Cleaning, laundry, maintenance, consumables, platform charges and third-party commissions must be allocated transparently. Bespoke arrangements can be discussed for larger properties, multiple units or additional commercial support.

Beyond the booking platforms

Beyond Airbnb and Booking.com, we explore additional booking opportunities through relevant travel trade contacts, tour operators, travel agents and holiday package channels, depending on the property and target market.

Additional distribution depends on property suitability, commercial agreements and partner availability. We do not guarantee partnerships, bookings, occupancy levels or rental returns.
